Dr. Paloma Sardina is a dedicated physician specializing in Internal Medicine. She was born in Utica, New York but grew up in the St. Cloud/Kissimmee area. Dr. Sardina earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Kinesiology and Physiology and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health and Human Performance, concentrating in Exercise Physiology, from the University of Florida. Her dissertation focused on cardiovascular physiology, titled “The Antiglycemic Effects of Enhanced External Counterpulsation in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.”

Before joining CLSC, Dr. Sardina attended NYU School of Medicine, ranked #1 in the nation, where she completed her medical education and an Internal Medicine residency. She then served on the faculty as a Staff Physician and Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU Langone Health, further enhancing her expertise in patient care. Dr. Sardina has recently moved back to the St. Cloud area and has joined the CLSC St. Cloud team!

Dr. Sardina is passionate about chronic disease management, lifestyle medicine, and patient-centered care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, and swimming. She and her husband, Eliezer, whom she met at the University of Florida (Go Gators!), have three children who are their pride and joy. The family loves outdoor activities, all sports, reading, and dancing together.
